2. Memberships & Listings

By purchasing or applying for a membership (Maker, Creator, Practitioner, Resident, Collaborator), you agree that:

  • All information submitted is accurate and up to date

  • We reserve the right to approve or decline any application

  • We may edit or remove listings to maintain quality and alignment

  • Membership tiers and inclusions may evolve over time

3. Payments

  • All fees are listed in AUD and must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed

  • Certain tiers (e.g. Collaborator) may include lifetime pricing, meaning your rate will not increase while your membership remains active

  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law

  • Failure to complete payments may result in removal of your listing

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Website traffic

  • Customer leads

  • Sales or business outcomes

Your success on the platform depends on your own business, offering, and engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your content (images, logos, text)

  • By submitting content, you grant us permission to use it for promotional and marketing purposes related to The Whyalla Collective

6. Third-Party Businesses

The Whyalla Collective is not responsible for:

  • The actions, services, or products of listed businesses

  • Any interactions or transactions between users and businesses

Users engage with businesses at their own discretion.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove memberships if:

  • Terms are breached

  • Conduct is deemed harmful to the collective

  • Payments are not maintained

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By signing up to The Whyalla Collective, you agree to the following:

  • Your membership provides a business listing based on your selected tier, including the features outlined at the time of sign-up

  • The Whyalla Collective does not guarantee traffic, sales, or specific business outcomes

  • Creator members selling through the platform agree to a 7% commission per sale to cover hosting, payment processing, and platform management

  • Membership fees must be paid as agreed, and non-payment may result in removal of your listing

  • We reserve the right to approve, edit, or remove listings to maintain the quality and integrity of the collective

  • Platform features and offerings may evolve over time
