Local knowledge, honest guidance and a genuine connection to place

Kim is more than a real estate agent working in Whyalla. She is someone truly of the place.

Born and raised here, Kim knows Whyalla like the back of her hand. She knows its neighbourhoods, its people and the community connections that make it home. That understanding shapes the way she approaches real estate, with honesty, warmth and genuine care for the people behind every property.

Kim began working in real estate in 2016, initially filling a temporary position in admin. Six months later, her work ethic had made such an impression that a permanent position was created for her.

After supporting the sales team, front counter and property management department, Kim realised she wanted to work directly with people buying and selling homes. She became a qualified sales agent in 2021 and has never looked back.

For Kim, buying or selling a home is never just a transaction.

It may represent a first home, a new investment, a growing family, a renovation project or the beginning of an entirely new chapter. Kim takes the time to understand what that change means for each person and supports them throughout the process.

Her own experience buying property showed her that there was room for a more personal approach to real estate. Her goal is to make the experience as stress free as possible and create a safe space where clients feel comfortable asking questions or seeking help.

Kim assists first home buyers, investors, renovators, growing families and those looking to downsize.

Her clients value her friendly approach and straightforward advice. Kim would rather have an honest conversation than make a promise she cannot deliver.

When clients choose Kim, they also benefit from the support of the wider Blights Real Estate Whyalla team. The agents work collaboratively, combining their knowledge and experience to achieve the best possible outcome.

Their work is guided by the Blights values of humility, community, independence and performance.

Kim has lived in Whyalla all her life and believes the city offers a unique sense of connection.

“Whyalla is not so big that you don’t know anyone, but not so small that you know everyone. We always seem to know someone through someone.”

She has seen the way the community comes together during difficult times and believes that collective strength is one of Whyalla’s greatest qualities.

Kim contributes through volunteering, donations and supporting local events and businesses. When she runs giveaways, she purchases prizes locally rather than asking businesses to donate.

“To me, supporting local means recognising the people and families behind every business. We aren’t always good at everything individually, but together we can be unstoppable.”

Outside of work, Kim is a mother, wife and motorsport enthusiast and is now working towards becoming a trusted household name in Whyalla real estate. Kim’s goal is to become a trusted and familiar name in Whyalla real estate, known for approaching every opportunity with honesty, care and a commitment to doing the best possible job for her clients.
