That first fence led to small jobs, then more work through word of mouth. Established in 2016, JnJ has grown into a team taking on residential and commercial projects across Whyalla and surrounding areas.

JnJ install Colorbond fencing, gates and custom sliding gates, handle fence repairs and new installations, and offer property clean-ups, rubbish removal and earthmoving.

For Jason and Jenny, building the business has also meant building opportunities for other locals. They love watching their crew learn new skills, gain confidence and take pride in a finished job. Their goal is to keep investing in their people and equipment so the team can grow alongside the business.

Whyalla is where Jason and Jenny have raised their three children and made their home. They credit much of JnJ’s growth to locals recommending their work and trusting them with their properties. In return, they’re proud to provide local jobs and help families and businesses feel secure behind a fence built to last.

Looking ahead, JnJ hopes to take on more commercial work and create more local employment. Jason and Jenny are also exploring the idea of a female landscaping and yard-maintenance crew, including as an option for women who would feel more comfortable having an all-female team working around their home.
